APT, LLC is thoroughly committed to ensuring we deliver quality products and
services as evidenced by our ISO 9001-2000 certification in April 2004.
APT is dedicated to quality as a basic business principle, and continuous
quality extends far beyond the management inspection of the final product.
The true measure of quality at APT is customer satisfaction. Customer
satisfaction and the quality of our products and services are and will
continue to be the keys to our competitiveness for years to come. It is
increasingly vital for us at APT to understand and use our quality
management system and related processes.
The primary components of ISO 9001 support project planning, process
development, record keeping/audit and financial controls. Formal
procedures are in place and internal and external audits are regularly
conducted to ensure compliance. Corrective Action Plans are an integral
part of the continuous improvement process and include a description of
the problem or improvement opportunity; who at APT will take corrective
action; an investigation into the problem or process improvement; a
determination of corrective actions required, and a schedule of completion
for the corrective action or process improvement. The ISO Coordinator
closely monitors the process.
APT and its team members will work closely together to ensure consistently
high quality products and responsive actions for problem resolution.
