APT brings together a team which is currently working on all
of the 16 Installations referenced by this solicitation and
completing tasks that, in many cases, are similar to those
requested by the RFP. APT, LSI/EG&G and Northrop Grumman
have the capability to perform in all task areas at all
Installations for the Eastern and Western suites. BAE
Systems will provide all necessary financial management
(Task 6-Finance) services as required. The APT Team
will build upon this current in-place management
infrastructure, which has been tested by previous
mobilizations/demobilizations. This exclusive
teaming/subcontracting agreement will significantly:
Reduce risk to
the customer inherent in task order start-ups and
management because we know the Installation's mobilization demobilization processes.
Reduce risk by
utilizing established cross-organizational processes and
resources.
Reduce lead-time to
employ personnel with security clearances.
Reduce infrastructure cost (HR, Quality, Safety, Financial,
MIS).
Reduce task order
ramp-up times for planning, hiring, security clearance
processing, and identification of local small business
vendors.
Reduce lead-times
required to react to surge requirements.
